Free ADHD Planning Tools

Three small tools for the three places ADHD planning usually stalls: deciding, doing, and keeping going. No accounts, no signup, nothing you type leaves your browser.

ADHD Daily Plan Builder

Empty your head into a brain dump, pick the three things that actually get to be today, and print a clean one-page day sheet. For the sorting step — the part where a list of eleven equally urgent things turns into a plan, or doesn't.

ADHD Visual Timer

Time you can see. The colour on the disc is how much you have left — no number to read, remember and subtract. Keeps counting in a background tab and shows the remaining time in the tab title.

Printable Habit Tracker Generator

Name up to five habits, pick 30, 66 or 90 days, print the grid. Deliberately has no streak counter — a grid shows you twenty-one days done where a streak shows you two failures.

Why these are free, and what they're not

These tools do the same job as the printables I sell. That's deliberate — if a free browser tool solves your problem, use the free browser tool. The products exist for people who'd rather have a designed PDF they can reprint without setting anything up again.

What they're not: clinical interventions. Each tool page says plainly which of its claims rest on research and which rest on nothing but my own experience with ADHD, and cites the research where there is any. Where I don't know, the page says I don't know.

Your data stays in your browser

None of these tools send what you type anywhere. Task names, habit names and dates are used to draw things on your screen and to save your last setup in your own browser's local storage, so a refresh doesn't lose your work. There is no account, no server and no analytics on your input.

The one thing worth naming: these pages, like the rest of the site, serve Google AdSense, which may set advertising cookies. That's separate from anything you type. See the privacy policy for details and opt-out links.

Full disclosure: I make and sell these. The tools above are free and always will be. You do not need to buy anything.
