PlannerEnough publishes practical planning guides for adults with ADHD. The goal is simple: explain the systems and science honestly, without judgment, and without pretending any of it is easy.
What this site is
Every article here starts from a real ADHD challenge — working memory overload, time blindness, motivation that follows interest instead of importance — and works outward to practical techniques. We link to our own printable planners on Etsy where they're genuinely relevant; we don't recommend things we haven't built.
What this site is not
PlannerEnough is informational only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're struggling, a clinician who understands ADHD is worth their weight in gold. Nothing here should be taken as clinical guidance.
The tagline
"Progress, not perfection." Because the bar for a good ADHD planning day should never be a perfect system — it should be a day that moved forward, however imperfectly. That's enough.
