About Planned Enough

Planned Enough is a resource for ADHD adults who are tired of productivity advice that doesn't work for their brain.

We write practical, judgment-free guides to planning, time management, and habit building — built around how ADHD brains actually work. No 5am wake-ups. No hustle culture. No advice that assumes you just need more discipline.

The name comes from a simple idea: you don't need a perfect system. You need one that's good enough to get things done on the hard days, not just the easy ones. Progress, not perfection.

What we write about

Every article on this site starts from the neuroscience of ADHD — the executive function differences, the dopamine system, the time blindness — and works toward practical tools that fit how the ADHD brain actually operates.

Topics include daily planning, brain dumps, prioritization, time blocking, habit tracking, morning routines, and more. All of it is written with the assumption that if something isn't working for you, the system is probably wrong, not you.

The printable planners

We also make printable ADHD planners, available on Etsy. They're designed around the same principles as the articles: brain dump space, a hard cap of three daily tasks, time blocks with built-in buffer, and a shame-free evening review. Print as many as you need, forever.

A note on information

Everything on Planned Enough is practical information, not medical advice. We are not clinicians or medical professionals. If you're struggling significantly with ADHD symptoms, a doctor or therapist who specialises in ADHD is the right next step — what we write about is for building day-to-day systems, not replacing professional support.
